Terms of service

By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of service:

- All payments must be made via Paypal.
- Half of the payment must be made upfront, the other half will be paid before the delivery of the finished commission.
- No refund will be issued once the sketch has been started unless I am incapable of finishing the commission
- Do not use your commission for commercial purpose or monetary gain of any kind unless you purchase a commercial license from me prior
- Do not alter my art or crop out my signature

Customer policy

- The order can be rejected for any reason, manly if the customer is being "impolite" or if they are asking for something I do not feel comfortable doing.
- Image references are mandatory, If a customer fails to provide them an extra fee will be added.
- After the first payment I will send you a base sketch for approval. Any major change can be done at this stage.
- After the base sketch is approved I will send you WIP. Up to 3 minors change can be done for free. Major change will result in additional fees.
- Once the commission is over and the rest of the payment is received I will send you the high-resolution image.
- The work will be sent by the client's email.
